The following is an anticipated work scheduled for 12/06/21 to 12/10/21.
- Excavation for community space foundations
- Form and rebar for foundation walls & footings
- Pour concrete for foundation walls, footings, piers, etc.
- Backfill garage foundation
- Rework existing sheeting & install final SOE for CS footprint
- Install underground plumbing PA-PB
- Underground electrical grounding and conduit
