Every person who enters city jails will be offered customized programming for at least 5 hours per day that address vocational, educational, therapeutic and other needs in an individualized way as well as new employment and other stabilizing supports after returning to the community. This new system helps people lay a foundation that can prevent future interaction with the criminal justice system.
